Joey's Commitment to San Andreas

• Make honking ILLEGAL in Los Santos!
• Push to make clapping on planes after they land a felony.

• Push for better relationships with other states and the federal government. (We act like we're the only state!)

In San Andreas, public transportation is inefficient, expensive, and unavailable most of the time, unlike my home city (Liberty City). Under my administration, public transportation schedules will be increased, citizens will have a cheap and affordable way to get around the state, and traffic congestion will vastly improve in our biggest cities!

Under my administration, Squatting will have NO place in our state. If someone is deemed to be squatting in San Andreas, there will be 24 hour expedited eviction process. Once a judge confirms unlawful occupancy, State Low Enforcement will act on it immediately to get the squatter removed.

In the last 10 years, the cost of living has increased immensely. Back in 2016, you could walk into any bodega in Los Santos a buy a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese for $4. Now, the same sandwich is $9. Disgusting.

• I will also work with local officials to lower the cost of rent and housing!
• In 1999, Median gross rent was about 25–28% of median household income in Los Santos. Now, some families are pushing the 40% mark. That's pretty sad if you ask me.
