Joey was born and raised in Liberty City in a Jewish family. He grew up like most people—went to school, had a job, lived his life. Nothing particularly special or noteworthy.
The Defining Moment: 2009
In 2009, Joey's life changed forever. In the back of a yellow cab in Liberty City, Joey shot Fart Johnson. Not much is known about Fart, but this moment would define everything that came after.
Moving to San Andreas
Five years ago, Joey moved to San Andreas. Since then, he's been a regular resident trying to make ends meet like everyone else.
Why Joey's Running
Joey has never been a politician. He's just a regular guy who's fed up with the system. Being against Fart Johnson is the PRIMARY reason Joey is running for governor. He accepts corporate PAC money, but only because those donors are also against Fart Johnson. That's the one thing they all have in common.
